Job Opportunity – Telemetry RN – Virginia Start Date: January 21, 2026 Location: Richmond, Virginia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts, every other weekend required Highlights: Join a brand new 10-bed telemetry unit providing 24/7 monitoring for patients Manageable 5:1 patient ratio with support from 1 PCT on the unit General Med/Surg Telemetry procedures including lab draws and advanced monitoring Meditech documentation system with focus on bedside shift reports and hourly safety rounding First floor location adjacent to Same Day Surgery for convenient access Opportunity to be part of a new unit launch and help shape its culture Requirements: Current RN license in Virginia BLS and ACLS certifications required Must pass hospital telemetry competency test Experience with general Med/Surg telemetry procedures and phlebotomy Navy blue scrubs required Why It's a Great Opportunity: This is an exciting chance to be part of a brand new telemetry unit from day one.
