Seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in K-12 school settings to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your skills in a dynamic educational environment located in Edgewood, MD. The assignment starts ASAP and continues through June 12, 2026, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct occupational therapy services to support students' developmental and functional goals. - Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized therapy plans. - Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to ensure students meet their learning and therapy objectives. - Adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of students across various grade levels. - Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: - Valid Occupational Therapist licensure. - Experience working in school-based settings, preferably across K-12 age groups. - Strong communication and collaboration skills for working effectively with educators and families. - Ability to manage caseloads with attention to detail and adherence to therapy best practices.
