environment. This contract position allows for the application of
specialized skills in cardiac and vascular surgical procedures,
supporting optimal patient outcomes and collaborating with a
multidisciplinary healthcare team. Key Responsibilities: Provide
perioperative nursing care specifically within the Cardiovascular
Operating Room Monitor and support patients before, during, and
after cardiovascular surgeries, ensuring a safe and sterile
environment Collaborate effectively with surgeons,
anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to optimize surgical flow and
patient safety Maintain detailed and accurate patient records,
adhering to established protocols and compliance standards Respond
promptly and effectively to emergencies during surgical procedures
Desired Qualifications and Experience: Current and valid RN
licensure Proven experience in CVOR nursing or a related surgical
specialty Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, surgical
instruments, and cardiac monitoring equipment Ability to work
effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments Excellent
