ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Arlington, Virginia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/10/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - ICU Job Details: • Work 3x12 hour shifts with rotating days and nights schedule • Option for 4x12 hour shifts available (overtime after 48 hours per week if choosing 4x12s) • Every other weekend required • 13-week contract duration • Minimum 2 years ICU experience required • Must have completed at least one previous travel assignment • Must be willing to float to other hospital areas including CVICU/CVSD and Cardiac Telemetry • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS • Must have active VA or Compact License in hand at time of submission • EPIC training required based on experience level - either accelerated class (4 hours of modules) for 6 months EPIC experience or 2-day class for less experience • Up to 7 hours of non-billable modules required during orientation • Flu vaccine required during flu season (October 1st - March 31st) • Must maintain smoke/nicotine free workplace compliance • Previous staff members must wait one year before returning as traveler Facility: This healthcare facility features a comprehensive intensive care unit providing critical care services to patients requiring specialized medical attention.
