Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years of Emergency Room nursing
experience required Strong prioritization and time management
abilities essential Preferred: 2 years of ER experience and
familiarity with Meditech Electronic Health Records (EHR) Current
certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC mandatory
Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care in a
54-bed Emergency Department Collaborate effectively with a
multidisciplinary team, including RNs, paramedics, and support
staff Manage patient ratios averaging 4:1, ensuring high-quality
care and safety Utilize Meditech EHR for accurate documentation and
communication Adapt to rotating weekend schedules and provide
flexible coverage as needed Location:Situated in Arlington, Texas,
this role is positioned within a busy emergency unit known for its
