seeking a Registered Nurse with Med Surg experience for an evening
shift opportunity. This contract position offers the chance to
apply your clinical expertise on a dedicated medical-surgical unit
and make a meaningful impact on patient care during the critical
overnight hours. Key Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license. Experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred. Strong
assessment and clinical skills. Ability to work independently and
as part of a multidisciplinary team. Effective communication and
patient advocacy skills. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient
care to medical-surgical patients in accordance with established
protocols. Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
promptly. Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement
individualized care plans. Document patient information accurately
in electronic medical records. Educate patients and families
regarding health conditions and post-discharge care. Schedule:
