We are seeking a talented veterinarian to take the helm of our
small animal clinic located in North Texas. Role Overview and
Experience For years, our clinic has been dedicated to delivering
outstanding veterinary services to small animals in Arlington, led
by Dr. Karen Young and her team. As Dr. Young prepares for
retirement, we are looking for a seasoned veterinarian to step into
the role of Medical Director. In this position, you will guide our
team and play a crucial role in ensuring the ongoing success of our
clinic. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of our
practice, enhance our existing strengths, and introduce innovative
ideas to expand our services. While we encourage experienced
Medical Directors to apply, we also welcome emerging leaders and
seasoned Associates with over five years of clinical experience.
What We Are Looking For Exceptional communication abilities Strong
leadership qualities and a positive attitude Minimum of 5 years of
relevant clinical experience Proficient in surgery and dentistry A
veterinarian who values their support staff and technicians A
passion for teaching and mentoring Desire to foster relationships
with our clients Experience with Fear Free handling techniques is a
plus, but not mandatory Commitment to continuous learning and
staying updated with industry advancements Scheduling Information
This is a full-time position, requiring availability from Monday to
Saturday with flexible scheduling options. Our weekday hours are
from 8 AM to 6 PM, and we also offer appointments on Saturdays from
8:30 AM to noon. Our Commitment to You Bonus package starting at
$75,000, depending on experience Competitive annual salary ranging
from $130,000 to $150,000, based on experience Medical Director
