Areas of Need We are growing in Westlake, south Austin, and central Austin. These are the primary areas of town that we serve! Job Description Treatment: Deliver occupational therapy services and interventions to a variety of pediatric patients (i.e. physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, ADL, and social/emotional deficits) Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations (i.e. caregiver interview, assessments, therapist observations, and development of plans of care to support individual patient needs and family concerns) Parent/Caregiver Education: Provide education and support to patients and their families for carry-over across settings and generalization of skills. Documentation: Complete documentation in an accurate and timely manner. Collaboration: Provide client-centered and holistic treatment, education, and support across settings. Scheduling: Independently create and manage your weekly therapy schedule. Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from an accredited occupational therapy program Active state licensure CPR certification Valid driver's license and insurance Pediatric Home health and/or school experience is preferred Strong organization and time-management skills Autonomous in patient scheduling Strong communication and interpersonal skills Collaborative and excited to grow with us!
