Medicine About Virginia Hospital Center ED Volume: 67,000 28-bed
main ED; 8 bed Vertical Care section Level II trauma designation
Epic EMR 25% Admission rate 24/7 in-house cardiac cath lab
Ultrasound, MRI, Anesthesia, NICU coverage 42 bed psych/detox unit
at hospital Receiving ED for Kaiser patients 75 hours physician
coverage daily; 35 hours APP coverage Comprehensive stroke center
