Job Description Job Description Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1 years CT Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is perfect for an experienced CT/PET Technologist with a strong background in trauma imaging. You will be responsible for performing high-quality CT scans, including trauma, CTA, and stroke protocols, using state-of-the-art equipment in a fast-paced hospital environment. The role requires precision, excellent patient care, and proficiency with specialized imaging technology. Key Qualifications and Experience: ARRT (CT) Certified mandatory Texas Licensed Radiologic Technologist mandatory Minimum 1 year of trauma experience with emergency room CT imaging BLS Certification required Proficient in operating GE 64 Slice CT equipment Familiarity with Meditech documentation system Experience with all ER CT-Trauma, CTA, and stroke imaging protocols Ability to float to other units as needed Responsibilities: Execute detailed CT scanning procedures during night shifts, capturing critical imaging for trauma and emergency cases Maintain strong communication with clinical teams to assist in accurate diagnosis and patient care Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards for imaging Maintain accurate documentation in the Meditech system Adapt to floating policy as required to support various departments Schedule and Assignment Details: Nights: 6pm to 6am Weekend coverage every week Guaranteed 36 hours per week Assignment length: 13 weeks Contract position About Arlington, TX:Arlington offers a vibrant community rich with cultural attractions, outdoor activities, and a welcoming atmosphere.
