Do NOT submit to multiple job IDs. If clinician is a previous staff member of VHC, they must wait one year before returning as a traveler. SUBMISSIONS MUST INCLUDE : *if these are not included, the submission will be rejected. RTO - Keep RTO to a minimum, preferably no requests for calendar week off during assignment. Any RTO must be in initial submission and if approved, also in confirmation document. Expect to work some holidays. RTO approved at manager discretion. Number of months of EPIC experience in the past 1-year (Start date will be determined by EPIC class options. All travelers MUST attend either accelerated or 2-days EPIC class. If a traveler is returning and was previously at VHC within the past 6-months, they can forgo the EPIC class).
