located in beautiful McLean, VA, is currently seeking an energetic
and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our
Memory Care Department . If you are passionate about providing
exceptional care for older adults and are dedicated to enhancing

Qualifications: Maintains a valid Virginia license certificate as a
Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with federal, state and
local regulations. CPR certification preferred. Minimum of one year
of geriatrics experience is preferred, especially within a Memory
Care or Dementia care setting. Knowledge and experience in bedside
nursing are preferred. Compassionate, patient, and caring demeanor
with a commitment to providing high-quality care. Strong
communication skills to interact effectively with residents,
families, and staff. Primary Responsibilities: Provide
compassionate care to residents in our Memory Care unit, promoting
dignity and comfort. Assist residents with activities of daily
living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any
changes to the nursing staff. Provide support and companionship to
residents, promoting social interaction and mental engagement.
Assist with recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance
residents' well-being and cognitive health. Compensation & Benefits
