Job Title: MRI Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid Hours per Shift: 8 Hours (14:00 - 22:30) Experience: Minimum 3 years (may consider candidates with less experience) License: Must have a valid PA or multi-state license in hand to be considered Certifications: ARRT (MR), BLS required Must-Have: EPIC experience required Description: Looking for a traveler with experience on Toshiba (Canon) Titan 1.5T MRI Unit. Schedule requirements include working from 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. There is a weekend rotation once every 5 weeks. Weekend hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. There is a rotating call approximately once a week from 1:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. There is a holiday rotation; most staff members work 2 holidays per year. Candidates will be reviewed by clinical staff to determine clinical fit. If the candidate passes and meets guidelines, they will be sent for final decision. Manager will conduct interviews as part of the selection process. Candidates should be prepared to care for COVID patients. COVID-19 vaccine is required, with exemptions allowed for medical or religious reasons. Flu vaccine is also required with exemptions allowed for medical or religious reasons. RTO is a maximum of 7 days. Weekend and holiday requirements vary by unit. Floating is not applicable. Modules are billable and generally take 5-6 hours to complete. Modules must be completed prior to the start of employment.
