• Certification Details
• IR Tech - must be Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required for certain hospital units as listed.
• BLS - Basic Life Support required
• State License 1 Verification required

  • NEURO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!
  • All RTO must be included in the submission. The manager is looking for minimal RTO. Manager will not approve more than one week of time off during the contract.
  • Interventional Radiology Tech *MUST HAVE VA LICENSE or PROOF OF LICENSE APPLICATION TO SUBMIT**.
  • Start: VCH needs the start date listed in the job order. To be considered, please update both the submission packet and the candidate's Lotus Connect profile to match this date.
  • Duration: 13-weeks
  • Schedule: 4, 10-hr shifts
  • Call: 8-12 days of call per month (30-min response time required)
  • Performs a variety of technical procedures prescribed ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated areas and procedures as required, including those responsibilities necessary for proper functioning of the Interventional Radiology Section.
  • Education: Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
  • Experience: Two years experience in Special Procedures/Interventional Radiology. Thrombectomies experience required. NEURO EXP REQUIRED!

        • Additional Details
        • The Flu vaccine is required during flu season. (Oct 1st - Mar 31st).
