Job Description:
**Registered Nurse (RN) Trauma Level I Job Description**
Seeking an experienced OR RN to join the Tower Operating Room team
at Inova Health System in Arlington, Virginia. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in multispecialty operating room
nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in a
fast-paced environment.
**Job Requirements:**
* Minimum of one year direct Operating Room Registered Nurse
experience
* Multispecialty trained Operating Room nurse is highly desired
* Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing
* RN License to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia
* BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required (AHA)
* CNOR and Level 1 Trauma experience encouraged but not
required

* Work in a high-acuity, fast-paced, multispecialty operating room
and as Northern Virginia's only Level 1 Trauma facility
* Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to
deliver exceptional patient care
* Participate in a clinical ladder program that rewards teammates
for obtaining CNOR certification, demonstrating leadership, and
improving patient outcomes through clinical excellence

**Work Environment:**
* Tower OR is open 24/7, serving as the regions only Level 1 Trauma
facility
* Hours will vary and will be discussed/agreed upon based on unit
needs
* Must be available to take call and rotate weekends, holidays, and
off-shifts
