Our teams are distributed globally, combining the strengths of onshore (U.S.) and offshore (India) resources to deliver impactful results.We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Delivery to lead and manage our implementation services teams. This is a pivotal leadership role to ensure the successful delivery of projects while fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence.Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Oversee and lead onshore and offshore teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery and team cohesion.
• Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end delivery of low-code platform implementations, meeting deadlines, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for public sector clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with their requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; ensure client feedback is visibly incorporated into delivery improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, and product teams to align project outcomes with client expectations.
  • Process Optimization: Define, implement, and continuously improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality.
  • Resource Management: Strategically allocate resources across projects to optimize productivity and maintain cost-effectiveness.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure projects adhere to public sector regulations and manage risks proactively.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs, regularly evaluate team performance, and provide constructive feedback to drive excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal product and sales teams to align delivery objectives with company goals.QualificationsWe welcome candidates with diverse experience and a passion for learning.     • Proven experience (7+ years) in project delivery and leadership roles, preferably in public sector, or technology consulting.
    • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP), or similar certifications.
    • Strong expertise in implementing low-code platforms or other COTS offerings.
    • Deep understanding of federal and state government requirements, procurement processes, and compliance standards.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, including experience with distributed (onshore/offshore) teams.
    • Strong project management experience; PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
    • Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex, large-scale projects.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with diverse teams and clients.
    • Ability to travel occasionally to client sites or team locations as needed.What We Offer
