Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Project Engineer to contribute expertise in water resources and stormwater management within diverse site development projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional settings. This role involves designing and developing technical plans, preparing regulatory documentation, and coordinating across agencies in the Baltimore metropolitan area. Ideal candidates will excel in detailed planning, exhibit strong design skills, and collaborate effectively in a team setting.Core Responsibilities:

• Develop site layouts, prepare grading and ADA-compliant designs, and manage utility planning for storm drainage, water, sewer, and conduit systems.
• Design and implement stormwater management and erosion control measures to meet regulatory standards.
• Work closely with project managers to establish timelines, specifications, and designs, while ensuring alignment with team goals and regulatory needs.
• Prepare visual aids, design specifications, and coordinate documents required for regulatory approval.Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years in civil engineering, with specific focus on stormwater and water resource design.
  • Strong AutoCAD skills; familiarity with MicroStation and Civil 3D is preferred.
