About the Role As a Surgical Veterinarian / Future Medical Director, you will focus on high-quality surgical and dental procedures while receiving mentorship to transition into a leadership role. Key responsibilities include: Performing general practice dentistry and soft tissue surgery. Providing comprehensive patient care and client education. Collaborating with an experienced team of veterinarians and support staff. Upholding and enhancing medical standards within the hospital. Future Medical Director Responsibilities With mentorship and support, you will gain experience in: Leading and mentoring veterinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited program. Active Maryland veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain one). Experience in general practice dentistry and soft tissue surgery. Interest in leadership and willingness to grow into the Medical Director role. Strong mentorship, communication, and teamwork skills.
