Process Manager CRMR8001 --- Business planning analysisWashington, DC --- Full-Time*Please note, that this position is contingent upon the award.The essential duties, experience, education requirements, and salary are subject to change.Job OverviewThe Process Manager CRM manages the CRM system, ensuring it functions optimally.   • Must obtain and maintain the necessary customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, and equipment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least five (5) years of relevant experience, or equivalent education/experience.
  • PMP certification or equivalent, with 5+ years' CRM Administration experience (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics). Certifications like PMP, ITIL Foundations, JIRA are preferred.Key Duties and Responsibilities
    • Manage CRM system functionality, customization, user access, reporting, dashboards, and technical support.
    • Coordinate and support integrations with third-party apps and tools.
    • Handle troubleshooting, bug fixes, user training, and documentation.
    • Analyze data to generate operational insights.
    • Participate in all phases of software development, especially planning, analysis, testing, and documentation.Education and Experience
      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; Master's preferred; 5+ years CRM experience.
      • PMP or equivalent certification; certifications like ITIL and JIRA are advantageous.Physical DemandsPrimarily office-based with requirements to sit, use hands, speak, hear, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary range is $70K - $160K, dependent on location, skills, and experience.
