Trusted.Position SummarySPA seeks a Senior Security Manager responsible for managing a NISPOM-compliant open storage area supporting classified analytics and data processing. The role ensures facility, security, information security, and operational requirements are met per NISPOM, company policies, and contracts. The manager oversees physical security, lab readiness, infrastructure, information systems, and operational support for secure programs.Responsibilities

• Facility Operations & Oversight:

• Manage daily operations of the open storage area, ensuring readiness and functionality for classified missions.
• Oversee infrastructure including HVAC, power, backup, and access controls.
• Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and repairs with facilities and IT teams.
• Security Compliance & Support:
  • Ensure operations comply with NISPOM, DoD manuals, and customer security requirements.
  • Support security audits, inspections, and accreditation processes.
  • Maintain proper handling and destruction procedures for classified materials.
  • Access & Visitor Management:
    • Manage access controls, logs, and secure entry procedures.
    • Verify clearances and maintain access rosters and badges.
    • Escort and monitor personnel to ensure safeguards.
    • Operational Lab Support:
      • Support lab operations, scheduling, and system availability.
      • Maintain lab equipment and IT systems per approved configurations.
      • Documentation & Compliance:
        • Develop SOPs and facility guides related to secure operations and emergency response.
        • Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
        • Stakeholder Coordination:
          • Serve as point of contact among facilities, security, IT, and program teams.
          • Participate in project reviews and planning to align infrastructure with program growth.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
            • 5-10 years managing secure or classified facilities under NISP.
            • Strong knowledge of NISPOM, DAAPM, and DoD security standards.
            • Experience with classified programs in analytics, data science, or engineering environments.
            • Familiarity with SCIF infrastructure standards and accreditation processes.
            • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
