This role is essential to the successful execution of large-scale projects, primarily wood frame construction, with some concrete and steel. Projects range from $60M to $200M in value, with a focus on delivering high-quality, LEED-certified developments.Description

• Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, including clients, to provide regular updates and address any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor project teams to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of wood frame construction; experience with concrete and steel is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects ranging from $60M to $200M in value.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
