Job Brief Program Manager (3181) Company: Ocean Bay, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Program ManagerPosition Responsibilities: In order to accomplish the required functions associated with this job, the Program Manager will perform the duties detailed below:--- Responsible for management and administration of Learning Asset Development, Sustainment and Support services.--- Program Manager duties include, but are not limited to, organizing, directing, and coordinating planning and production of all support activities.--- Interacts with management personnel, managers, and client representatives.--- Formulates and reviews strategic plans, marketing plans, subcontracting, and deliverable items.--- Determines costs and ensures conformity with terms and conditions.--- Coordinates policies and activities with appropriate personnel to avoid personnel services.--- Applies quality assurance measures in accordance with the Quality Assurance PlanApplies quality assurance measures in accordance with the Quality Assurance Plan Positi on Requirements:--- US Citizen.--- --- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.--- --- Master's degree from an accredited college or university; or a Bachelor's degree with experience through an organizational managerial position.--- --- Ten years of intensive and progressive experience managing the research, analysis, design, development, testing, quality, delivery, deployment, and support of DoD acquisition learning assets to include, but not limited to, classroom and on-line assets.--- --- Five years of experience in a supervisory or program management position.--- --- Two years of experience supervising at least 10 learning asset development professionals in subordinate groups and in virtual locations.--- --- One year management experience of a complex organization unit with total responsibility for the financial success of that unit.--- --- One year of experience managing a significant Government contract Position located in Alexandria, VA Apply online at: Ocean Bay Career Centerusing Ocean Bay Application Workflow v11
