100% Remote

• North Carolina Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue and market share goals
  • Establish relationships with key customers and identify opportunities for growth
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential areas for growth
  • Develop and manage regional sales budgets
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
  • Motivate and manage sales teams to ensure goals are met
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
    • 3+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of driving growth
    • Excellent communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills
    • Retail or Consumer Products Experience
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
