Job Description:
The PM shall serve as the contractor's single Task Order manager
and shall be the contractor's authorized interface with the
customer for the TO. The PM shall be responsible for formulating
and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules,
reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and
communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to
subordinates. The PM shall initiate new requirement process,
organize and implement program methodologies, and ensure inputs are
coordinated from functional and technical personnel. The PM shall
be responsible for supervising and executing program management
operational functions, including all meetings, reviews, and status
reports. The PM is responsible for overall TO performance. The PM
shall be required to occasionally travel to CONUS and OCONUS
locations.
Required Qualifications
Experience effectively directing and managing contract functions
supporting DOD and IC customers involving multiple, complex, and
interrelated project tasks of similar scope to the TOR and
experience managing and controlling a dispersed workforce that is
engaged with multiple technical stakeholders.
Hold a current Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program
Management Professional (PgMP) certification from the Project
Management Institute.
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Desired Qualifications
5 years of current experience (i.e., within the last ten years)
working on DOD and IC projects supporting research, assessment, and
prototype design; design, development and integration; test and
evaluation; initial fielding, operations, and transition; and
training.
10 years or more of relevant program or project management
experience. This experience includes manpower utilization,
procurement of materials and equipment, standards, training,
problem resolution, and employee relations (including
subcontractors), cost, budget, and managing performance to
milestones.
10 years of combined experience in roles requiring a thorough
understanding of rapid prototyping, urgent need response,
transition partnerships and operations in multiple domains, so the
PM can readily communicate and understand the mission needs of the
customer and its mission partners.
Experience conducting financial planning, forecasting, and budget
development.
