Executive Director Rosslyn Children's Center - Arlington, VA, USA Rosslyn Children's Center (RCC) is a nonprofit early childhood education center located in Arlington Virginia. It serves children from 8 weeks through kindergarten in a full day, full year nurturing, consistently high-quality educational environment. RCC is a community of families and educators working in partnership to provide a joyful environment where children are encouraged to explore and interact with the world around them. RCC is looking to hire an experienced Executive Director with at least 7-10 years of experience in a leadership role (either Executive or Administrative Director) at a preschool or childcare center to manage the day-to-day operations and establish and sustain a positive learning environment for children. This individual will oversee the coordination of RCC's emergent curriculum, Reggio Emilia, in compliance with local and federal regulations; manage, and support the teaching staff; and, manage RCC's financial affairs. Experience working at a non-profit with a Board of Directors is a plus. Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. DRiWaterstone is leading this search for Rosslyn Children's Center.
