Job Description:

L3Harris is seeking a Director of Program Management to lead a high performing team of engineers and mission experts to build, integrate, and field an enterprise ground software system of critical importance for the space control community. The candidate will have proven experience in program management to include successful demonstration of program execution, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.

Essential Functions:

--- Accountable for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program while ensuring compliance with customer requirements
--- Drive execution to achieve program milestones while meeting key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, and operating income
--- Grow the program by proactively identifying and capturing additional and/or follow-on work
--- Effective communicator within the team, upward with internal executive leadership, and externally with the customer to influence stakeholders for business success
--- Plan and direct engagement activities in support of customer and industry related initiatives
--- Work collaboratively across the corporation with functional organizations to ensure resources are available and empowered to meet program goals
--- Thrive within a highly dynamic and changing environment while adapting and managing shifting customer priorities
--- Understand and implement business area long-term strategy as it applies to the program

Qualifications:

--- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with consent to Polygraph
--- Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline and minimum of 15 years relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
--- Self-starter that drives change every day for a stronger and better business
--- Risk/Change Management and Earned Value Management experience
--- Direct experience in space C2/space domain awareness operations and related technologies
--- Demonstrated leadership of a geographically separated work force
--- 15+ years of experience supporting Government Program(s) of Record
--- 10+ years of experience leading Agile software development efforts
--- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (PgMP preferred)
--- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agilist certification
--- Ability to Travel - up to 10%
