Responsibilities:Peraton is seeking a Senior Cyber Incident
Management Analyst for its' Federal Strategic Cyber sector, located
in Arlington, VAIn this role, you will:Develop the overarching
process of receiving, triaging, assigning, tracking, closing, and
finalizing the record of reported incidentsEnsure tactical
implementation of the incident reporting processes, staffing, and
technologiesIdentify opportunities to increase the efficacy of
cyber incident report handling and workflowsDocument challenges,
coordinates across teams to identify opportunities for process
improvement, and recommend solutions to ensure incident reporting
apparatus successProvides detection, identification, and reporting
of possible cyber, physical, and communications threatPerforms
cyber, physical, and communications incident trend analysis and
reporting functionsCharacterizes and preforms analysis of potential
threat activitiesPerforms Cyber, Physical, and Communications
triage and make proper recommendations which enable expeditious
remediationInteract with government Program Manager for the service
desk regarding operational issuesAdditional responsibilities
include:Ensure timely and effective response to internal and
external mission partnersFollow the appropriate incident escalation
and reporting proceduresSeek to improve the quality, productivity,
and culture of the service desk environmentCoordinate distribution
of incidents and service requestsDuties may also include but are
not limited to identifying, logging, categorizing, performing
initial triage, routing, and resolving incidents and requests;
manage the lifecycle of incident and request tickets in accordance
with interface agreements, performing customer relationship
management activities with mission partners, internal coordination
and follow up for distributed actions, and compliance with defined
processes, procedures, work instructions, and program
requirementsQualifications:Basic Requirements:BS 8-10, MS 6-8, PhD
3-5Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience or a
Master's degree and 6 years of experience. An additional 4 years of
experience may be considered in lieu of degreeAt least 3 years in a
WATCH Operations Center or Security Operations Center (SOC)
Knowledge and understanding of customer service techniquesA
willingness to learn new tools and technologies and take on new
responsibilities as assignedMust have minimum Security+
certificationActive Top Secret Security Clearance w/ SCI required.
In addition, selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain
a favorably adjudicated DHS background investigation (EOD) for
continued employmentUS Citizenship requiredPreferred
Qualifications:Experience working with a customer service-oriented
environmentExperience providing service desk/call center support
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suiteExperience in using Microsoft
Visio to build workflow chartsExperience in using the Remedy and
ServiceNOW ticketing suiteExceptional communication skillsCustomer
and detail oriented and possess good decision-making abilityPeraton

customers.Salary Range: Salary Minimum: $57,500 Salary Mid:
$115,000 Salary Maximum: $143,800 The estimate displayed represents
the typical salary range for this position, and is just one
component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees.
