impact.The Business Change Manager SR is responsible for
representing the needs and desires of the stakeholder community to
the Agile teams and will be the experts on the market and the
customer. Accountable for one or more Agile teams and drives the
solution concept across these multiple teams.How you will make an
impact: Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope.
Leads efforts to identify best practices. Identifies impacted
parties, business partners, and resources required. Develops and
designs processes and systems that support business needs. Designs
methods for integrating function and process. Conducts cost/benefit
analysis. Builds support for business change throughout the
business unit.Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS in a related
field and minimum of 8 years process improvement, business change
or project related experience; or any combination of education and
experience which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred
skills, capabilities, and experiences: Experience in successfully
developing and managing projects with significant operating budget
and knowledge of process redesign strongly preferred. Lean Six
Sigma experience preferred. Miro experience preferred. PMP
Certification preferred. Agile Certification/experience preferred.
Experience in health care industry strongly preferred. Strong oral
and written communication skills preferred. Ability to work cross
functionally/inter departmentally preferred.Please be advised that
