Erickson Immigration Group has a career opportunity for a Talent
Acquisition Manager to join our expanding team based in our
headquarters office, located in Arlington, VA.
We have a great recruiting culture with a high-level of engagement
by hiring management teams, using a full lifecycle,
competency-based and data-driven recruiting model. This person will
own the recruitment process and create an exceptional candidate
experience.
This will be a hybrid role reporting to our HR Director and working
closely with our Chief Financial Officer.
Primary Responsibilities for the Role:
Perform full lifecycle (end-to-end) recruiting for the hiring of
niche business immigration professionals and non-legal staff based
in the US and internationally.
Proactively sources and attracts talent levering the use of niche
and diverse web, social media and digital recruiting techniques,
and network and employee referrals.
Conduct initial pre-screening of candidates, coordinating, and
scheduling interviews, extending verbal and written job offers, and
pre-onboarding new hires.
Leads and conducts recruiting strategy and kickoff meetings with
hiring management and stakeholders
Create and post compelling job descriptions.
Research international hiring guidelines to present to hiring
managers, finance, and partners.
Act as liaison between PEOs and international hires.
Build and maintain relationships with local law schools.
Leads and conducts post-interview debrief sessions with hiring
management and interview panel teams.
Maintains real time data integrity within the applicant tracking
system (JobScore).
Provides regular well-documented recruiting status reports using
applicant tracking system data.
Continuous process improvement track, evaluate results and act, in
collaboration with the HR Director.
Build and sustain positive business partnerships with job
candidates, hiring managers, consultants, vendors, marketing, line
management, leadership, and human resources and recruiting business
partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
7+ years of in-house recruiting experience using a full lifecycle
(end-to-end) model.
Experience recruiting international employees preferred.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace
applications, to include video interview platforms.
Competency-based prescreening and interviewing experience
preferred.
Proficient user of Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably LinkedIn
and JobScore) and creating data analytic and BI reports.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours when working with international
staff and candidates.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with a focus on
delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to
prioritize.
Ability to generate work product with considerable accuracy and
attention to detail.
Works well in a team environment with the ability to work
independently toward team goals.
Accepts and adapts to feedback regarding work performance.
