Responsibilities:Position Description:Lead and manage project
development with expertise in Operational Technology (OT)Directs
all phases of projects from inception through
completion.Responsible for all financials, cost, schedule and
technical performance of projects or major tasks.Acts independently
to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and
implementation of operational programs.Demonstrated capability to
manage multiple cybersecurity, information technology,
communications and/or international business projects.Ability to
drive performance in a team environment with responsibilities to
provide ongoing optimization and problem-solving supportResponsible
conducting audits of information technology programs and projects,
gathering feedback on customer satisfaction and internal service
performance to ensure continual improvementPrimary stakeholder in
the underlying information technology operational processes and
functions that support the various assessments, ability to provide
direction, and monitor all significant activities so the service is
delivered successfully.Develop and demonstrate an understanding of
customer and business needs.Resolve daily issues of a complex scope
that impact the team and overall business objectives.Additional
responsibilities may include leading a multi-discipline team in
support of multiple programs and projects.Work with customer
leadership staff and product owners to balance and prioritize
services to meet overall customer requirements, constraints, and
objectives.Review service performance reports identifying any
significant issues and variances, initiating corrective actions,
and ensuring that all outstanding issues are followed up.Utilize
management skills to monitor performance of projects while
providing technical and analytical guidance to project
teams.Qualifications:Basic Qualifications - To be considered for
this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and
abilities listed below:Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years'
experience required.Active Top Secret Security Clearance required.
In addition, selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain
a favorably adjudicated DHS SCI background investigation (EOD) for
employmentPMP or related Program/Project Management Certification
required.Demonstrated experience and knowledge of Penetration
testers and information technology/operations technology skills and
certificationsExperience assessing systems and networks to identify
where systems/networks deviate from acceptable configurations and
standards.Experience executing enterprise-wide both operating
system and application compliance verification, vulnerability
assessments, on-site security assessments, web and database
vulnerability scanning, and scanning of other IT assetsProven
ability to analyze efficiency of defense-in-depth architecture
against known vulnerabilities.Experience with assessments of
threats and vulnerabilities and developing mitigation
solutions.Experience managing tasks/project facilitation and
interfacing regularly with senior government officials.Experience
establishing and maintaining good working relationships in all
levels of the organization, including customers, internal
management, and support organizations.One or more of the following
professional certifications:Offensive Security Certified
Professional (OSCP)Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE)GIAC

customers.Salary Range: Salary Minimum: $72,500 Salary Mid:
$145,000 Salary Maximum: $181,300 The estimate displayed represents
the typical salary range for this position, and is just one
component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees.
