join a high performing team?Our operating company, Business Growth
Solutions LLC., is currently seeking a Project Management Lead.
This position will report to the Operations Strategy Manager, with
primary responsibilities to coordinate all activities ensuring the
flawless implementation of new projects (Idea-to-launch), as well
as the maintenance of our product portfolio from introduction to
discontinuation while also managing the
substitutions.Responsibilities:
- Drive current / future projects by implementing & coordinating
all the necessary steps for example:Process definition and
agreements with suppliers and customers, Master Data implementation
(material, vendor, customer), configurations and testing
- Own & regularly review all project timelines agreed with the
Project leaders / Business managers and identify critical
milestones to be revised during the project execution. Communicate
& highlight any risk which could lead to launch delays
- Maintain the SKU portfolio updated from activation to
discontinuation in coordination with suppliers, customers,
mandators, demand/supply planning and customer service
- Lead the Inter-Market Supply Product Briefs with Quality,
Regulatory and Supply Chain from Supplying and Receiving parties,
from initiation to finalization. Review markets requirements,
challenge and agree on expected output.Ensure markets requirements
are fully met with suppliers. Create actions plans and track
- Collaborate with Inter-Company Value Chain, Regional Business
Services, and IBM to obtain support in implementing configurations
for all operational streams (Customer Service, Physical Logistics,
Demand/Supply Planning, Procurement)Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or
related discipline , or 5 years of equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience in relevant operational experience in one
or more or a combination of the following areas: Project
Management, Master Data, Physical Logistics (Material Handling and
Transportation), Customer Service/ Exports, and Demand & Supply
Planning
- Experience with Direct to Consumer (DTC) practices and software
platforms
- Experience with SAP, strongly perferredSkills:
- Project Management skills
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Ability to manage conflict and drive resolution
- Flexibility and adaptability to perform in a fast paced and
dynamic environment
- Focused on results, proactive, ability to anticipate
- Excellent oral and written skills
