workplace.**What You'll Be Doing:**Evolent Health is looking for a
Legal Operations Manager to be a key member of the Legal Team
driving organizational and administrative efficiencies. This
individual must be able to adapt to changing priorities and be
proactive in identifying areas of improvement i.e.., taking action
to address them.**Responsibilities:**+ Maintain contract repository
and workflow management systems, including monitoring department
inbox, facilitating legal review, and training of team members+
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop internal processes
and process flows (e.g., liaise with financial team to provide
legal support for financial audits)+ Manage corporate governance
documents, including entity formations, dissolutions, and corporate
minute books+ Oversee the company's relationship with its
registered agent and ensure timely periodic corporate filings+
Assist in the maintenance of the company's corporate insurance
portfolio and related documentation**The Experience We Prefer:**+
Bachelor's degree+ 3+ years of experience at a law firm or in-house
legal department+ Experience working for a public company,
including Section 16 filing responsibilities+ Ability to handle
sensitive/confidential information that requires a high level of
discretion+ Demonstrates strong people skills and ability to work
with individuals at all levels and in all areas of the
organization+ High degree of accuracy and attention to
detail**Technical Requirements:**Currently, Evolent employees work
remotely temporarily due to COVID-19. As such, we require that all
employees have the following technical capability at their home:
High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call
center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home
internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject
to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office
locations.Evolent Health is committed to the safety and wellbeing

position is $70,000, plus benefits. Salaries are determined by the
skill set required for the position and commensurate with
