As our *Branch Manager*, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of branch operations and leading the branch team in relationship building with our members. You will be an essential contributor in providing leadership, motivation, coaching, and training to increase our established remarkable service behaviors. You will have the opportunity to perform various branch functions to include promoting security awareness, fraud prevention, and conducting audits to ensure that branch operations are compliant. The position will play a critical role in supporting community involvement by participating in community outreach, volunteer, and educational events.
*What You'll Bring*

* 5+ years of successful banking, sales, and customer service experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience working as a manager in a branch, overseeing branch staff
* Working knowledge of branch operations to coordinate the daily functions of the department and to resolve employee and customer problems
* Working knowledge of Credit Union products and services, as well as familiarity with the related policies and guidelines, loan programs, and qualifications to provide the full array of financial services
* A commitment to working with shared leadership and on cross-functional teams
* A high degree of organization, initiative, and self-motivation
* Ability to utilize sound business judgment in decision making
* High levels of communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to represent ACFCU in a positive manner in dealing with members and team members
