In this role you will help ensure that within our employee lifecycle processes, we focus on building a strong employee experience and cultivate strong employee engagement, with emphasis on attraction and retention of talent. Use a marketing mindset where culture, engagement and the employee experience are your "products." Use strong collaboration, communication, and writing skills to earn trust effectively, influence without authority, and provide thought leadership in change management and project management. While program management experience in the HR space is preferred, the ideal candidate have both a passion for, and a track record of driving process improvements, balancing competing priorities and thinking creatively to solve problems with innovative ideas in an often ambiguous working environment.What You'll Get to Do:Design and implement ARC's Employee Experience Strategy to continually improve our employee experience, delivering programs that support, engagement, recognition, development, and retention and foster a culture of inclusion.Use data insights, drive innovative and practical solutions that will help us drive employee experience improvements, strengthening overall employee engagement of all our employees.Work closely with the People & Culture Team to re-engineer people processes putting employee experience at the forefront to provide a valuable experience and elevate performance (ex. Onboarding, Promotion, Recognition, Leave Requests, etc.).Check and monitor the heartbeat of employee experience and engagement through surveys, peer-to-peer feedback, KPI's, and meetings.Align activities through other functions to drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and experience. Collaborate and consult with HR specialist teams, particularly Talent Acquisition, People Relations and Total Rewards, to ensure key HR processes are designed and delivered to create a best-in-class employee experience.Find ways to connect and excite employees when a shared office environment is not available. Promote programs to foster connection, teamwork, and employee appreciation. Coordinate special events that bring employees together throughout the year.Serve as a partner and advisor to our Employee Activity Committees and Employee Resource Groups. Act as a resource for employees who want to stand up new ERGs.Help us build a strong culture of connection & belonging for all our employees. You'll Bring These Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; advanced degree/certification preferred5+ years' experience in a Human Resources role, specializing in employee experienceHave a passion for employee engagement and cultivating a culture where employees can thrive;Strong knowledge of data analytics and how to use analytical tools to generate powerful informationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsSuperior organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to independently work, manage time, organize and accurately prioritize work across multiple projects, be detail-oriented, work within deadlines and understand when urgency is required;Problem-solving mindset, striving to search for answers to your own questions, but aware of when to ask for helpHandle sensitive information with discretion and tact;Team spirit and a willingness to pitch in and/or collaborate with team members or colleagues as needed;Strong knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures and the ability to maintain confidentialityExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations What We Can Offer You:Joining ARC means joining a team that is motivated, diverse, creative, collaborative and solutions-oriented.
