All current and newly hired employees are required to follow onsite safety measures based upon the COVID-19 Community Level at the specific work location.Description:Senior Manager, Cyber, Electronic Warfare, and Maritime Domain Integration who in the daily management of the Cyber, Electronic Warfare, and Maritime Domain Integration portfolio reports directly to the LMGA C6ISR Programs Director, and is responsible for managing a portfolio of naval programs and pursuits related to Cyber, Electronic Warfare, Information Warfare, C6ISR, Naval Science &Technology and Maritime Domain Integration (MDI) - the integration of naval sensor, C4I, and combat system networks. Responsibilities include development and sustainment of close working relationships with appropriate military commands and relevant DoN organizations. Specifically, coordinates with DoD, Joint, Navy, and USMC entities within this portfolio and provides staff support and liaison for LM Operating Companies' domestic programs and activities, as appropriate. Internal responsibilities include partnering with the LM Operating Companies for strategy, orders capture, keeping programs sold and market planning for all executive branch customers related to the portfolio programs. In the conduct of these responsibilities, coordinates with the Operating Companies on all Flag Officer/SES and O-6/GS-15 level customer contacts, briefings and communications directed to DoD and DoN. Will support activities to facilitate winning new business and keeping sold core business across all relevant customers to the portfolio.Senior Manager, Cyber, Electronic Warfare, and Maritime Domain Integration Programs reports to the Director, C6ISR Programs. Specific duties include:- Serve as the LMGA representative for all Naval Cyber, Electronic Warfare, and Maritime Domain Integration programs to include capture programs, keep sold programs, and new opportunities.- Serve as the LMGA Naval Science and Technology representative to include primary liaison to the Office of Naval Research (ONR) and the Navy Research Laboratory (NRL). - Support the Director, C6ISR Programs on all C6ISR programs.- Support the Director, C6ISR Programs, in developing and executing the specific plans, goals, objectives and accompanying enabling strategies that support the LMGA Annual Marketing Plan.- Interface with and support LM business area counterparts.- Arrange customer meetings and conferences to facilitate business area presentation of product development plans, proposals, reviews, sustainment initiatives and capability improvements.- Work closely with United States Navy senior staff, OSD, and other government agencies to coordinate and inform on LM acquisition, logistics, and sustainment programs. - Coordinate with the business areas and appropriate corporate/LMGA staff on all customer contacts, briefings and communications directed to LM customers in the Washington, DC area.- Coordinate with the Director, C6ISR Programs to maximize business opportunities on current Navy programs.- Assist in efforts to gain/grow business in areas of emerging technologies, such as Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2), Electromagnetic Maneuver Warfare (EMMW), Advanced Electronic Warfare, Cyber, and Naval Science and Technology - Work various sustainment issues as required on Lockheed Martin legacy Cyber, EW, EMMW, network and logistics programs.- Support company legislative efforts for Lockheed Martin programs. - Participate in business development and C6ISR activities, as required, to include tradeshows and associated organizations. - Support the Navy CoRD process.Basic Qualifications:Have particular familiarity with DoN, OPNAV N2N6, USMC C4, ONR, NRL, PEO IWS (specifically 2.0 and 6.0) and PEO C4I organizations, senior leadership, and Information Warfare programs. Have a working understanding of the DoD and Congressional budget processes and procedures.Have a working understanding of naval operations, acquisition, research & development processes, policies and procedures.Possess general Lockheed Martin product familiarization across the C6ISR, Cyber and Electronic Warfare portfolios.Have familiarity with capturing new business including various phases of the proposal developments to include knowledge about operations, technologies, business and competitors. Final SECRET clearance, with ability to obtain a TS and/or potential for upgrade to TS/SCI.Desired Skills:Significant experience in either the Surface Warfare, Naval Aviation, Submarine or Information Warfare communities.Technical background in either Surface Warfare or Information Warfare to understand product development for naval customers.Have familiarity with COCOM and Fleet operational exercises, large-scale demonstrations and operational testing.Specific knowledge of DoN C6ISR, Cyber and Electronic Warfare programs.Background in the Navy Secretariat and the Navy (OPNAV) Staff.Familiarity with the LM process for capturing new business.
