We will consider medical and religious accommodations as required by law **The Senior Manager, Internal Communications will serve as the voice of the organization, connecting employees to mission, strategy, performance and culture. Partner with business leadership to ensure successful internal communications to keep employees well-informed to help achieve business objectives. Use storytelling and compelling content to illuminate our path toward business objectives. and will effectively deliver business results by championing a culture of cohesiveness and accountability. Serve as facilitator, motivator, and a content creation engine, working across all levels of the organization to deliver successful communication and internal marketing programs. Strategically work with cross-group stakeholders across multiple functions and key initiatives, while remaining as adaptable as possible. Demonstrate unconstrained creativity coupled with strong program management skills. Develop and nurture a strategic approach to internal communications, to create a comprehensive communications strategy that keeps employees informed and engaged about topics spanning mission, vision, strategy, performance, culture, HR, employee experience, and more. Partner closely with the MD, People & Culture on a communications strategy, manage a team of experienced communicators, and have a keen understanding of best industry practices. Be agile and adaptable to develop ways to measure the true impact of communication work. Highly collaborative in a data-driven culture. Develop KPIs to measure the impact of the communication team.What You'll Get to Do:Lead the creation of strategic communications plans and strategies and oversee and support tactical communications execution that support the overall business strategy and HR business goals.Work to capture the authentic voice of leadership and ARC in written communications.Act as a communications advisor, developing and executing communication campaigns and programs, which may require ongoing strategic planning, writing content and providing regular communication support.Support a consistent cadence of communication by executive leaders to team members through a variety of channels: Town Halls, webinars, videos, written materials, and digital/interactive communications.Ensure communications align with and support the company's key business objectives, strategic priorities, mission, values and brand, are accurate, and connect, inform and inspire action for team members at every level. Support the delivery of sensitive messages during times of change or crisis.Partner with the external communications team to ensure alignment as well as support internal awareness of communications initiatives.Use communications analytics and employee feedback to measure effectiveness of communications, draw insights and make necessary recommendations for improvement. You'll Bring These Qualifications:10+ years experience in corporate and internal communications with a focus on executive communications, employee engagement, or DEIBachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or related fieldExperience with global B2B, technology or financial companiesProactive and creative approach to communicating strategy and engaging audiencesExperience working on multimedia stories, including partnering with videographers and editors to tell engaging stories on videoProject management and event planning experienceExperience with Google Workspace technologyA move-with-urgency mindset and ability to manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders and competing priorities; adaptable to changeHighly organized work style with a rigorous attention to detail and strong analytical abilityStrategic thinker with the ability to drive programs from inception to completionExceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skillsSound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information What We Can Offer You:Joining ARC means joining a team that is motivated, diverse, creative, collaborative and solutions-oriented.
