Role Overview

We're looking for an ambitious Sales Operations Manager to support the Sales Team with the day-to-day operational support and ownership of our CRM (Hubspot). You ll be the go-to for creating reports for our Sales Team, ensuring use of consistent Sales KPI definitions across the business. You will collaborate closely with the Finance, People and Sales Team to develop sales incentive programs and compensation planning in order to increase sales productivity.

Requirements

--- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics, delivering regular insights to the business

--- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and their implementation e.g. MEDDIC, MH, Challenger etc.

--- Comfortable leading on sale system training and building process documentation.

--- Support the Sales Team with process and optimization improvements, measurements, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas

--- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes

--- Create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting

--- Track and analyse key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment

--- Refine customer segmentation, assist with with territory management and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes

--- Maintain regular check-ins with Sales Managers/Enterprise Sales

--- Partner with Sales and Marketing Teams to refine lead qualification processes, analyse and report on campaign performances with reporting and dashboards

--- Assist with on-boarding and training with newly talented recruits

--- Ensure team members have the knowledge, skills and confidence to fulfill their roles to the best of their ability - coaching and supporting where and when required

Essential / Desirable Criteria

--- 5+ years experience in sales operations as an expert subject matter with proficiency creating reports, optimization of processes, training new hire and managing dashboards.

--- Desirably you have had experience managing a team (Not essential)

--- Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact

--- Advanced excel skills with a strong understanding of CRM applications ideally Hubspot
