The Sales Programs Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the development and administration of education programs targeted at prospects, in support of customer growth. Under the direction of the COO and SVP, Sales Consulting, this role will serve as subject matter expert to develop curriculum and administer programming on a recurring basis.

The goal of prospect education programs are to introduce CareJourney's expertise in value-based care and engage participants with hand-on product sessions. Attendees will learn about trends in the value-based healthcare market and associated use cases CareJourney's products solve for. Attendees will participate in product exploration sessions. Training may also include topical group discussions and other collaborative modules. The programs will position CareJourney as a thought-leader and help attendees understand the value of the CareJourney Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports identification of target audience learning needs by keeping in contact with sales leadership, customer success, and others in the company that engage with target buyers and users
  • Collaborates with COO and Growth Team to develop, validate, and agree on accurate and appropriate training content. Curates training content and develops presentations.
  • Administers sales learning programs as training lead, conducting sessions, facilitating discussions, providing demos, and answering questions.
  • Supports training flow and logistics during in-person and remote training; handles participant emails and sends training materials to participants and presenters; organizes pre- and post- training meetings and learning sessions to measure impact
  • Administers personalized hand-offs of participants to appropriate Growth Team POCs
  • Evaluates instructional technologies to increase training accessibility and effectiveness; recommends and helps implement new technologies and training-friendly features
  • Reviews current vendor status, achievements, and competitive pricing to make recommendations for future relationships for outsourced curricula; manages vendor relationships, billing, and work orders
  • Creates and maintains well-organized and current electronic, and as needed, hardcopy training files
  • Surveys training participants and analyze learning events to make recommendations for future offerings and improvements

    Required Skills
    • Bachelor's degree minimum, MPH or similar preferred
    • 5-6 years of prior work experience, preferably in healthcare and value-based care
    • Experience in training design and development
    • Strong analytical capabilities
    • Excellent oral communication skills
    • Strong writing and editing skills, especially in PowerPoint
    • Experience conducting and supporting training to support learning needs
    • Familiarity with instructor-led, blended, and eLearning instructional programs
    • Solid organizational and administrative skills
    • Ability to work well in a team environment and to multi-task under tight deadlines
    • Ability to work independently
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.)
    • Strong skills in PowerPoint, including formatting, editing, and graphics
