Job Description

Join a dynamic team providing administrative, brief and document management support to the Office of the CEO. Full-time position with flexibility to adapt hours as and when needed. May require being on-call, working weekend and overtime will be required.

General administrative responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide onsite support for Office of the CEO including coffee, lunch runs and other on/off-site tasks.
  • Responsible for filing and other administrative tasks.
  • Liaise with internal vendors, ensuring the office is fully stocked with office supplies, paper, toner, and other materials.
  • Assist team with management/leadership meeting logistics, both routine and special, including on-site support when needed
  • Work with team members to coordinate local office logistics and catering requests in preparation for on-site meetings.
  • Assist team with heavy on-site printing and weekly package coordination.
  • Coordinate requests for off-site shredding.
  • Support team with mass mailings.
  • Coordinate purchases of gifts and flowers.
  • Assist team with organization of materials.
  • Client Briefs materials
  • Content Management - collecting, compiling, reviewing, and doing final prep
  • Content Delivery - printing, organizing information for meetings; maintaining detailed tracking and lists.
  • Maintaining MS Teams site as needed

          Flexibility for extensive overtime as required with ability to work between Arlington, VA and Washington, DC offices.

          Basic Qualifications:
          • Minimum of 2 years of customer service with responsible administrative experience or a combination of related education and business experience in a large international company
            Preferred Qualifications:
            • Previous support of C-Suite level executive a plus
            • Strong skill set with demonstrated proficiency
            • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Outlook
            • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

                As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $38,988 - $88,500 and information on benefits offered is here.
