Job Description:

WWC Global is seeking Office Managers for a potential contract supporting the DoD/Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy (OUSD(P)). The Office Manager will provide multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of time for executives.Duties may include, but are not limited to: + Handle a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiate and implement processes to manage projects, information, and people. + Coordinate and track staff actions and tasks utilizing the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS). + Maintain files, directories, and other materials and perform a variety of related staff assistance; e.g., setting up conferences and meetings, arranging for conference rooms, contacting participants, distributing agendas, preparing material, etc. + Manage schedules, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and calendars for executives. + Serve as point of contact for scheduling questions and requests, event support, and visitor logistics. + Manage travel logistics to include preparing and reviewing authorizations and vouchers, assisting with obtaining passports and visa for official travel, and facilitating compliance with the Foreign Clearance Guide. + Facilitate compliance with all security procedures to include security clearance processing, building access, and recommending solutions to information security related issues and challenges. + Use discretion, judgment, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate activities and maintain confidentiality.This position is contingent on contract award. The Affirmative Action Program can be accessed during normal business hours by making an appointment with WWC Global HR at hr@wwcglobal.com.RequirementsBasic Qualifications+ Bachelor's degree.+ Current, active TS security clearance.+ 8+ years of DoD or equivalent experience.+ Experience supporting senior-level DoD officials and knowledge of the structure and missions of the OSD and Components.+ Experience working correspondence management, task assignment and tracking, or Executive Secretariat-like functions in the government; specifically experience with Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) and "DoD manual for Written Material: Examples and Reference Material".+ Knowledge of the DoD Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and experience providing domestic and international travel support using the Defense Travel System (DTS).+ Experience supporting operational duties related to human resources, IT, security, facilities management, to include: + Answering and routing phone calls and greeting/escorting guests + In-processing new personnel, to include experience completing DoD Forms+ Requesting and managing all equipment and furniture inventory + Suite access, SCIF maintenance, and burn bag destruction + Resolution of IT and network issues working with JSP+ Ordering/maintaining supplies+ Expert proficiency level in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.+ Demonstrated ability to communicate with personnel at various ranking levels. + Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.+ EO 14042, the vaccine mandate for federal contractors, is enjoined and not currently being enforced. Should enforcement resume, applicants must understand and agree to comply with the order and related guidance.+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
