We are a remote-centric workplace with an office in Virginia, and a collaborative team spread across North America.We are seeking a Senior Delivery Manager with 8+ years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team in delivering Salesforce solutions to our private sector clients.     • Lead client engagements from initial discoveries through multi-year engagements
    • Define and communicate the business value of the work completed by the team. Celebrate accomplishments and escalate risks and issues appropriately.
    • Identify new opportunities within existing clients
    • Own resourcing across accounts and for direct reports
    • Manage and grow direct reports that could be new to the Salesforce ecosystem
    • Participate in the sales cycle as needed (solution definition, pre-sales, demos, estimating and project planning)
    • Meet with clients to determine business and functional requirements
    • Assist with translating client requirements into Salesforce.com design, leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom development
    • Participate in and/or lead efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation
    • Provide mentorship and oversight to fellow team membersYOU HAVE: ----
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
      • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce.com
      • 6+ years of systems consulting experience
      • Experience leading engagements and teams in a remote environment
      • Ability to work within a team environment backed up by strong communication skills
      • Well organized, results driven and eager to handle difficult problems
      • Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation and written communication skillsBENEFITS ----
