Visit us at www.accenture.com.Operations is one of four services-the others are Accenture Song, Technology and Strategy & ConsultingThe Program Management Senior Manager within Accenture will support the Ecosystem Supplier Management Organization that establishes and governs Accenture's "buy-side" relationships with strategic third-party IT supplier partners who deliver services directly to Accenture to support our internal business as well as client offerings. The Business Operations Senior Manager partners with Ecosystem Supplier Management global leadership to plan and execute the strategic agenda and operational processes by leading the operations team responsible for creating, implementing, and managing key program office functions and complex operations initiatives.Key Responsibilities:+ Business Advisor: Support development of business strategy, growth plans and business priorities for the global organization+ Executive Reporting & Program Tracking: Monitor business results, facilitate operational reviews, and identify and oversee interventions to achieve business results+ Help plan and drive strategic initiatives and change programs on behalf of the Supplier Management+ Work with leadership to adapt and align organizational strategies with Accenture Technology and Ecosystem, Partnerships & Sales priorities+ Financial Planning & Management: Facilitate planning, prioritization and management of MD investments, and organizational M budget+ Resource Management: Facilitate definition of resource strategies and plans, priority capabilities, and location strategies.+ Executive Communications: Produce supplier briefings with specific messaging tailored to the C-Suite and their counterparts in the Supplier firms.+ People Agenda Plan and facilitate leadership connects. Act as connector to facilitate cross-branch coordination and collaboration, and drive actions to enhance community and communications+ Data Compliance Management: Ensuring all assets remain within compliance standards+ Organizational Risk Management: Addressing any Accenture internal or external 3rd party audits+ Content Management Oversight of the maintenance of all content within the organization's productivity tools.+ Learning Enablement / Curriculum Coordination: Align the training made available in the learning tools with the Supplier Mgt curriculum.+ Continuous Process ImprovementRequired Proficiencies:+ Business Operations Management+ Effective Verbal & Written Communications+ Executive (C-Suite) Messaging+ Budgeting & Forecasting+ Collaboration+ Stakeholder Management+ Process Innovation/Continuous Improvement+ Executive Presence+ Critical Thinking+ Cross Cultural Teaming+ Storytelling+ Negotiation+ People Developer+ Flexibility to have calls with people across global time zones when requiredBasic Qualifications:+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in Program & Project Management+ Minimum of 10 years of experience managing Budget creation & tracking, and / or Financial Management expertise+ Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Global teamsPreferred Qualifications:+ Bachelor's degree+ Consulting background a plus+ Marketing & Comms a plus+ Business Operations experience+ Excellent Communications experience+ Self-driven, organized, structured+ Accuracy and attention to detail; prioritizes and plans work activities independentlyAs required by the?Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $110,376 - $235,200 and information on benefits offered is here.
