PeopleSoft Project Manager

Your future duties and responsibilities
This role oversees the PeopleSoft HR and Financial systems.
Monitor project activity requirements and KPIs to identify possible
project issues/enhancements.
Ensure cross-functional collaboration with internal and external
partners leveraging specialized expertise from specialized domains
as needed.
Lead multiple complex projects concurrently.
Participate and/or lead projects related to project roadmap as it
relates to interoperability.
Communicate complex technical subjects to technical and
non-technical audiences.
Work with business teams to implement best practices.
Contribute significantly to capacity planning activities and
knowledge supporting similar products at the enterprise level.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Demonstrated experience across several of the following areas:
10+ years' experience managing a team of complex PeopleSoft HR and
Financial systems.
Should have significant project management experience, advanced
knowledge in the development tools discipline, and demonstrated
experience leading tasks/programs of a highly complex nature.
Experience in program management, financial management, personnel
supervision, subcontractor management, quality assurance metrics
and techniques, and configuration management tools.
Ability to work with other scrum masters, project managers, and
clients to troubleshoot software and/or hardware project
issues/failures.
Contributes input into scope and user story sessions to implement
project scope as intended.
Work with trouble ticket systems, respond to support requests, and
resolution to issues based on set SLA.
Ability to work in an agile environment.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Azure or Oracle or any other cloud experience.
PMP certification preferred.
Minimum Years of directly related experience Required: 5 Years
Minimum Education Required: Bachelors Degree
