This role will be responsible for overseeing the review of RFP requirements and participating in proposal development/preparation with a focus on security requirements.The work: -Identifying and interpreting security requirements within solicitations and contracts across the companyIdentifying activities regarding protection, safeguarding of classified information and security of company assets/employeesInteracting with and advising senior and executive management on contractual matters, also includes significant interaction with internal customers; In consultation with appropriate subject matter experts, provides interpretation of contractual, regulatory and legal requirements to management and internal customersReviewing and resolving issues affecting company compliance and ensures satisfaction of legal requirements, company and customer objectivesMapping RFP/RFI requirements to existing security matrices for complianceDeveloping security proposal templates, volumes, compliance matrices, production checklist, and bid and proposal budgets, to include writing or participating in creating security proposals upon requestProviding written reports to executive leadershipEducating personnel on RFP security procedures and ensuring they are up-to-date on training and executing training planHere's what you need:U.S. Citizenship required7 years experience in the management of and development of security requirements for complex proposals for federal government solicitations5 years experience with NIST; to include experience with ICDs, DISA STIGs, NISPOM, or SRGs5 years of experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)5 years experience with the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) -5 years experience with Defense Acquisitions Regulations Systems (DFARS)Knowledge of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)Other required skills: Excellent written and oral communication skillsExperience developing and presenting complex information to senior management and/or government officialsBonus Points if you have:Bachelor's degree8 years of relevant Military experience15 years of Information Security or related experienceDeep understanding of Federal information security requirementsExperience with the Intelligence CommunityConsultative approach and incisive diagnostic skillsProven executive leadership capabilityCertified Information System Security Professional (CISSP)Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)Demonstrates a deep understanding of Federal, DoD, and Intelligence Community security requirements.Demonstrates an understanding of balancing security risk, cost and delivery requirementAs required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
