You will work closely with the sales and technology teams, our partners and customers to build technical relationships and reference points for the industry. Your guidance, expertise, and mentorship of your team of CSEs will keep them ahead of the latest technology and on the leading edge of wireless connectivity solutions.We are looking for a leader to develop our client engagement teams, provide training and pre-sales technical support as a solution expert. Additionally, you will provide feedback to the product management team on new feature requests and product improvements based on what you learn from your customer base. Your team, in partnership with the sales leaders, will build market share within our targeted verticals, and most importantly, help drive private wireless innovation.Your ImpactRecruit and hire new solution engineers - attracting the best talent in the industryTrain and mentor employees on your team, keeping them engaged and successful in their careersSupport product solution design to meet customer requirements and repeatabilityDefine and create a solution engineering training and development curriculumPartner with fast-paced technology hyperscalers within an agile, high growth startupDevelop relationships with channel partners and their technical teams to ensure colleagues are appropriately trained and can support our solutionsLead the technology and solution architecture customer proposal processProvide effective technical leadership in customer interactions to include sharing wireless trends and methodologies employed by other customersAct as a customer advocate for pre-sales and post-sales technical questionsBuild and maintain relationships with key customers to solidify reference accounts and to assist the account teams with defining sales plansPresent to customers as our expert in your area at all levels in the customer hierarchy from technician to C-levelLead conversations about industry technology trends and emerging changes to the wireless landscapeDiscuss competitor products in the marketplace and position ours as the optimal alternativeWork with Product Management, Technical Marketing and R&D to build requirements, product features and provide feedback from our customersProvide design consultation and standard methodology mentorship for rollout, implementation, and ongoing solution supportOwnership of advanced pilot testing in strategic areas either at the customer site or our lab facilitiesBuild and enhance tools to streamline successful pilots and scaled deploymentsProvide advanced Partner SE training for updates in our product solutionsMaintain a general understanding of competitor selling strategiesWillingness to travel within the USYour Experience10+ years of pre-sales solutions engineering experience with at least 5 years managing and directing a teamIndustry knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud, edge technology, IP networking, wireless market trends (AWS cloud and edge experience a plus)Experience designing and delivering virtual enterprise solutionsStrong communication and presentation skillsQuota driven attitude focused on client-optimized solutionsReferenced by customers and partners as a trusted technology advisorKnowledge of IoT, 5G wireless, CBRS and WiFi 6E a plusBachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experienceOur CommitmentWe're trailblazers that dream big, take risks, and drive innovation.
