Project Manager Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Continental US CACI is seeking a Project Manager for a large DOD program for the CACI organization. You will have the opportunity to manage a large prime contract for the MyNavyHR Transformation program, a large-scale integration and development transformation effort. The PM will be the primary point of contact with the government and other external stakeholders, plus will have full responsibility for leading program delivery and internal coordination. In this role, the PM will lead a large team (250 - 400 prime and subcontractors) with deep technical and domain expertise, leveraging his/her skills in managing complex software programs spanning the full systems development life cycle. Ultimately, the PM is responsible for delivering the program on schedule and budget, fulfilling customer requirements and achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction. This position will be a unique and exciting career opportunity that will involve the integration, development, and deployment of enterprise-wide systems involving COTS ERP, SaaS solutions, CRM, mobile solutions, and enterprise data analytics in a state-of-the-art Agile development environment. The transformation and integration of over 50 legacy systems to ERP and SaaS solutions will be a monumental technical experience for this position. In addition, the resulting solution will deliver direct support to our Navy Sailors and their families. More About the Role: Provides expertise to manage a large-scale development and implementation of the PeopleSoft HCM and Global Payroll solutions for the US Navy. Work with and manage a large technical team including subcontractors for an major DoD transformation and integration program. Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the program including schedule, costs, staffing, and day-to-day customer interactions. Ensures all objectives, deliverables, and technical requirements are completed while meeting the quality objectives of the project. Support capture and proposal efforts to formulate winning proposal solutions that include a detailed management plan for the PeopleSoft solution. Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure each project deliverable meets customer operational and functional requirements Provides leadership to ensure the program meets all key performance parameters and achieves all established organizational objectives Interface with Government and other stakeholder customers and represent CACI in project meetings Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business area's Program Management Office. Identifies and Manages to Performance and Management metrics that track progress against schedule and cost baselines Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 10 years of direct experience in deploying and sustaining information systems Minimum of 5 years prior experience in an Agile systems software development, implementation, deployment and/or support capacity Experience with Human Capital Management applications Solid Agile and Peoplesoft experience Experience managing large, multi-functional project teams in a systems development environment Experience managing complex tasks under tight budget and time constraints Must have a minimum of 10+ years' experience with fielding IT systems, programs and/or software Must be familiar with DoD Acquisition Policies (DoDD 5000.01 and DoDI 5000.02) Proven experience building, and maintaining a risk register and mitigating significant program risks Agile systems software development, implementation, deployment and/or support capacity Bachelors degree in and IT related field, or equivalent experience Experience with Human Capital Management applications PMP Certification DOD Secret Clearance These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: Demonstrated experience with large ERP implementations (5000+ users), preferably PeopleSoft PM of ACAT-1 DoD software intensive program Experience managing a program that required formal Earned Value Management Experience managing the implementation of PeopleSoft HCM and/or ERP Payroll solutions Applied Information Technology Service Management Deployment Experience in large scale IT organization Demonstrated success at assisting in the management of, or managing integrated teams of complex technologies and processes Company Overview: At CACI, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by providing information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian customers.
