To learn more about our threat intelligence platform (TIP) or security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) solutions, visit the Job:The Client Account Manager for ThreatConnect represents sales for their assigned client base and is responsible to secure renewals, add-ons, upgrades and customer satisfaction at a very high level. CAMs will own both a renewal and new revenue quota and is expected to perform account management duties as presented.About You:You are independent.   • Be responsible for the sales, management, and renewals of ThreatConnect's existing account base
  • Cultivate and maintain user and executive client relationships to help foster strategic business growth
  • Identify and close upsell and add on sales opportunities in assigned accounts
  • Proactively secure renewal commitments and closures in assigned accounts
  • Accurately communicate opportunity forecasts to sales management
  • Work closely with Customer Success to identify at-risk accounts and develop save plans accordingly
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Leverage the "team" approach to selling through involvement of Sales Engineers, Product Management, Marketing, and the Senior Leadership team to provide customers, partners, and prospects with pricing and configurations to meet their needs as required

              • 2-3+ years of Inside Sales, Account Management or Customer Success experience, preferably with commercial accounts within the Software (SaaS) and/or Technology sectors
              • A high level of self motivation, energy, and drive to succeed
              • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively
              • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
              • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
              • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
              • Excellent verbal (telephone) and written communications skillsDesired Qualifications:
                • Understanding of cloud computing, and/or cyber security/threat intelligence is preferred
                • BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred
