well as practical information, support, and guidance for healthcare
technology and sterilization professionals.

biomedical engineers and technicians, physicians, nurses, hospital
administrators, educators, scientists, manufacturers, distributors,
government regulators, and others with an interest in health

Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of sponsor and exhibit sales from
prospecting and initiating client sales for sponsorship,
exhibition, and advertising for the AAMI Exchange and other
Responsible for contract management, exhibit layout, and customer
service. Leads the sales effort for exhibits for all year-round
Maintain role as key point-of-contact for strategic customers and
develop relationships that go beyond the space sale; understand
their relationship with AAMI - including membership and committees
and their overall goals and objectives for participating in an AAMI
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in Salesforce,
including contact information and precise records of records of
conversations with exhibitors and sponsors.
Generate and identify new sales opportunities through research,
analysis, and discovery, following up on leads in a timely manner
and qualifying new companies to exhibit.
Develop in-depth knowledge of our shows and markets
Manage exhibit hall for AAMI Exchange and other events.
Manage year-to-year exhibitor priority points system
Collaborate with program staff liaison on logistics for any
educational initiatives on the exhibit hall show floor.
Establish and communicate rules and regulations for industry
exhibitors - booth designs, promotional mailers or e-blasts,
Develops, updates and distributes the Exhibitor Service Kit,
Exhibitor Directory, Exhibitor Prospectus, internal sales reports,
exhibitor bulletins and other assigned communications
Inspecting and monitoring all exhibits and booths onsite at the
AAMI Exchange and other events to ensure compliance with show rules
Communicate with exhibitors regarding logistics, hotel
accommodations, exhibitor kit, etc.
Collect required information from exhibitors and sponsors for all
events and input to CMS (certificates of insurance, company
Gaining trust, credibility and respect with the sponsors,
exhibitors, advertisers, and AAMI staff and leadership.
Responsible for the development and management of the
sponsor/exhibit webpage for conferences and events.
