Constellation, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our Technical & Maintenance team. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and reliability of our electrical systems across various energy plants and facilities. The ideal candidate will be tasked with maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our electrical infrastructures, emphasizing safety and efficiency. Perform routine electrical maintenance on equipment and systems, ensuring alignment with safety codes and efficiency standards Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems in power generation and distribution systems Install and test new electrical equipment and systems Monitor the performance of electrical systems, proposing upgrades and efficiency improvements Collaborate with engineering teams to implement new installations or modifications to existing systems Ensure compliance with national, state, and local electrical regulations and standards Document technical data and maintenance procedures Provide training and support to junior technicians and apprentices Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment in the energy sector Proficiency in using electrical repair tools and diagnostic equipment Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Required: Certified Electrician License Preferred: Certification in Electrical Safety Standards such as NFPA 70E
