About the Role This position is responsible for tasks such as
troubleshooting dies, cleaning and maintaining dies and equipment,
die repair and change overs, housekeeping, metal fabrication. Note:
This position is for 2nd Shift. Hours for this role are
Monday-Friday 2pm-1030pm What You’ll Do Ensure that all equipment
is operating properly and safely. Perform periodic and general
maintenance tasks throughout the department as assigned and
according to schedule. Perform inspections of coolant systems,
scrap hoppers, trash cans. Empty or fill as needed. Daily tasks may
include machine and die cleaning, machining and metal fabrication.
Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot various dies and tooling
issues in the shop and on the production floor. Complete repair
orders and parts usage records. Follow company policies and safety
procedures. Ensure a safe work environment. Keep supervisor
informed of problems and equipment that is not operating properly.
Maintains good housekeeping and follows established safety
procedures. Follows all Company guidelines as stated in the
Associate Handbook and Safety Manual. Maintain awareness of
individual contribution to and impact of the quality, safety,
environmental, and product compliance policies and activities;
report all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to
the proper personnel. Additional Expectation Remain compliant with
the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group
Compliance Policy. Ensure that all duties related to product
compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance
Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands. Responsible for all
tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance
Management System. Must raise concerns related to the Compliance
Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of
the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower
service. What You’ll Bring Minimum High School Diploma or GED
equivalent. Some Technical or Trade school preferred. Strong
mechanical and/or electrical aptitude. 1-2 years of working in a
manufacturing/production environment, preferably working with
industrial machinery. Must be computer literate, including
proficiency with Microsoft Office Products. Must be able to work in
a fast-paced working environment with accuracy and integrity. Able
to work in a team environment and interface with a diverse
workforce. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Ability to
stand and/or walk, bend, stoop or crouch for at least an 8-hour
shift. What you'll get: Pay range: $26.49USD to 29.93USD per hour.
